4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept a variety of electronic methods of payments as well as cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance     to avoid cancellation fees.
• Refunds:  Due to the nature of our treatments, all sales are final, and refunds are not issued for completed procedures.

• All treatments come with potential risks. While our professionals take every precaution to ensure safety, individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or post-treatment negligence.

Premier Tox & Filler Mileage Fee Policy

1. Standard Service Area

Premier Tox & Filler provides mobile aesthetic services within a 50-mile radius of our primary location in Lakewood, WA 98498.

2. Additional Mileage Charges

For appointments located beyond 25 miles, an additional mileage fee will apply:
🚗 $1 per mile beyond the standard service area.
🚗 Mileage is calculated based on the shortest driving route according to GPS.

3. How Fees Are Applied

• Mileage fees will be added to the final invoice at checkout.
• The mileage charge must be paid in full before the appointment to secure booking.

4. Group & Special Event Exceptions

• Tox parties or group events may have discounted mileage fees if multiple clients are treated at one location.
• For travel exceeding 50 miles, special arrangements may be required.

5. Policy Updates

Premier Tox & Filler reserves the right to adjust this policy based on gas prices, demand, or service availability.
